bulk BCC

I have a WORD file consisting of 100 or so email addresses. On a monthly basis I send out reports. In Thunderbird and with the old Microsoft Mail in XP I could PASTE these emails into the BCC line. Microsoft Mail does not give me the option to PASTE these in BCC. I must be missing something. Any suggestions?

Right-click, select Paste
or Ctrl-V
