l cant send mails

l am haven problem sending mails through my windows mail.Keep getting error
message,one or more message in your box do not have valid account
specifield.would you like to use your default account to send these?Yes
The host server smtp and pop3 could not be
found.Protocol;SMTP,Port25secure(SSL)no
socket.Error11001,Errornumber0800cccod.Please can anyone help me.

The email account you have set up needs to have valid mail server
names. You get those from your email provider. The email provider will
have a web page with all the email setup information. If you need
more help, tell us the part of your email address after the @ symbol.

GIS.net's latest setup instructions are for the older Outlook Express,
but those will work in Windows Mail also:
