If this applies to aol.com users only, it's likely to mean that either
aol.com or
comcast.net has decided to block messages going in that direction between
the two, after seeing spammers use that link. You should be able to ask
comcast.net if it's them, and ask them to take over the problem. Asking
aol.com
is now harder, but see if you have a friend not at comcast.net who can still
reach them. There's also the possibility that aol.com has mistaken your
messages
for spam, and decided to block just mail from your address, not from all of
comcast.net.
If it's all users, see if you've applied this change that Comcast has
started
requiring, but has been rather poor at telling their users about in advance:
