Is there an easy way to back up Winmail messages and contacts

I need to restore my system to the manufacturers defaults I have everything
backed up with the exception of WINMAIL (Not sure where the files are stored
or their format)

Hello Steve,

This tutorial will show you how to backup and restore Windows Mail
messages.

You can just copy the contacts you want from the "C:\Users\(user
name)\Contacts" folder, and paste them back to restore them.
