We can't help you with that problem since this newsgroup is
dedicated to supporting the Windows Mail program only.

I suggest you call your ISP and get them to help you.

anyone can help me?
i'm already connected to tne internet but still i can't open any website.
it always come up with "internet explorer cannot open this website"
what shall i do?
