Incoming emails are not going to their proper accounts folders

I'm using Windows Live Mail and I have three email accounts. When I
download emails from them, only the emails for the default account go
into that folder. Emails for the other two accounts show up under the
Quick Views as Unread but they are not in their assigned folders. In
fact I don't know where they are stored.

Can anyone assist me?
