The error message indicates you are connecting from a connection
owned by Gotadsl.co.uk, which is not the same outfit as NTL.
In general, you are not allowed to make a port 25 connection to a
server that is on a different network. For more on this policy, see

The workaround is to substitute your ISP's SMTP server.
