Copy files

I am using Vista Home Premium on an HP computer. I have had a Corel program
malfunction (which Corel blames on Windowes and you would undoubtedly blame
on Corel but I have given up trying to fic it and have to work around it by
creating a different User).

I would like to transfer some files of old e-mails from the Administrator
name to the new User. Is this possible?
