add my contact list to safe senders list

I want to add my contact list all at once to my safe senders list. Windows
Help does not answer this question. Is there a way to add the contact list
without entering each contact individually in the safe senders list? Thanks.

Start Windows Mail, then click on Tools, then Junk E-mail Options, then
Safe Senders. If there is no checkmark in the box before Also trust e-mail
from my Windows Contacts, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK.
