Outbox - An unknown error has occurred."

One particular message in my outbox is giving me the above error when I tried
to anything with it (send, delete, move, ...) and it is preventing me to send
out any other emails (all newer messages are just piling up in the outbox).
This problematic message has actually been sent and received. Please help!
I am hoping to fix this without re-installing.

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
