Message errors

I'm unable to check mail through windows mail.
Have been getting these errors..

Message number 4 could not be retrieved. Account: '***', Server:
'pop-server.neb.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '', Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

You probably need to log on using webmail instead of the Windows Mail
program, find message 4, and delete it.

Thanks for the help. deleting from webmail did the trick.
But could this be an on going thing?
If so how do I fix it so it won't?

It's a random event that may not happen again for years.
