1. What does flag mail mean?
2. What is the little paper clip (in front of e-mail )used for?

Re: e-mails
1. It puts a flag symbol by the message. It's up to you to assign
significance to that.

2. The paper clip means the message has an attachment.

Re: e-mails
Once I have read my e-mails, where do they go? I sometimes have to go back
to some of these e-mails and replyto them. I can't find them, Where are
they? Where do I look for them?

Re: e-mails
Each mail folder has a 'Current View' setting which can hide read emails.
Go to View, Current View, and select "Show All Messages".
