how do you access e-mail account

Whilst Outlook is my mail program of preference, there are other options
available. Try downloading and installing the latest version of Mozilla
Thunderbird http://www.mozilla.com, Personally have not used it but many of
my customers would never leave it. It also has superior language support to
Windows mail.

Hi Linda

If you go to http://www.charter.com/customers/sup...x?MenuItem=10# this
will help you setup your email account with the correct settings for
charter.net. I assume that is the email address you wish to use. From this
page you have the options of all the email programs.

You really do need to change your email address in your newsreader or you
will be getting a lot of spam. An easy edit would be proudmomatapp at
charter.net this would reduce the chances of spam engines finding your
address, I use the .nospam closing on mine.
