recover deleted file from drafts folder

i accidently deleted an email message i was working on and had in my drafts
folder. how can i recover it???

It should have gone into the Deleted Items folder.

it did not go into my deleted items folder. i was actually in the document
(in my drafts folder) working on it. i blocked/highlighted the entire thing
to copy the contents of it over to a yahoogroup post. instead of
right-clicking to copy, i became distracted and actually hit the delete
button on my keyboard. the email even disappeared from my list in my drafts
folder. so i'm hoping to restore the info somehow.

If you had clicked "Undo" immediately, that would have brought it back.
At this point I don't see any way to bring it back.
