synchronization
what does the "Synchronize All" feature in Tools do? documentation is no
help. i'm trying to find an easy (preferably automatic) way to keep the file
store in my online client (comcast.net--http) sync'ed with my local file
store (Windows Mail). i sometimes use one client and at other times use the
other. any suggestions?

It downloads and uploads for all the email accounts for which you have it
enabled, and also for all the newsgroup folders for which you have it
enabled.

However, there are some folders for which it has no effect, such as Sent
Items and Deleted Items.
