Re: copy & paste pictures
You could never copy and paste with OE. You need to use Insert | Picture
and specify an image file.

Re: copy & paste pictures
I was able to copy and paste pictures in Outlook Express, but I haven't been
able to do it in Windows mail yet.
If anyone knows how to do it in Windows mail I'd love to know.
Thanks.

Re: copy & paste pictures
You were never able to do it in OE. OE relies on a filename for the image
and for it to be specified in HTML in an IMG element.
Use Insert | Picture

Re: copy & paste pictures
Yes, I did copy/past in OE. I would right click on the internet photo,
select copy, then right click on OE and select paste. My photo would appear.
On another post someone told me how to change my security settings and I can
now do it in Microsoft mail.

Then you are the only one I've heard of for whom that worked in OE.

Re: copy & paste pictures
The Snipping Tool in Vista allows one to accomplish this task. Open the item that you want to copy and paste into your email. Open the snipping tool and then select the area to copy. Once you have it selected with the snipping tool, click on file>Send To>E-Mail Recipient. That should do it.
