Can't read my outlook express messages

2 laptops. one had Outlook Express 6 on XP. Other has Vista. I copied all
my OE6 files, which are .dbx, onto new computer. In Windows mail, I went to
Import and each time I point to the old .dbx files, the wizard says there are
no files to select.

I followed all these files but still can't find either .dbs or .pst files.

I ran Mail as administrator and also made sure my files are not read only.
Any ideas?
