Hi Carl
Sorrry I just got back to my computer I don't know what AAPT stands for it
is just a provider, I have been with them for over a year and had no problems
and then a few days ago I can no longer send or recieve emails, I have tried
everything everyone has told me but still getting same error,

Does this happen any time of day or just during the day. Dose it work at
night? If so the company can not handle the traffic, get another ISP. If not,
I'm still working on it
