unable to delete messages in my out mail

why is this such a big deal, i just wanna delete my outbox messages and it
won't let me tonight. i looked for answers and i'm still looking

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista. (Applies to other folders as well).

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message
problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop
the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section
in this tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from
happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the
"Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.

I have read a number of the messages. My delete key just stopped working.
It takes a lot of time to move everything that one wants to eleete to a
special folder. All I want is for the key to work. Microsoft should develop
a fix since so many of us have a problem.

Your problem description is not very clear. Does the Delete key not
work in *any* Windows program, or just in Windows Mail? If the latter,
use this Microsoft fix.

Although it only mentions 'outbox', it works for all mail folders.
