Do you want to tell any spammers that happen to guess your email
address and use working return addresses that your address actually
reaches someone, and therefore might be a good place to send more
spam or to recommend to their robber friends?
If you decide to do it anyway, it's usually easier to do on your
email provider's webmail site than in Windows Mail, which has
the advantage that you don't need to keep your computer running
in an empty office.
