There's often such an option if you log into the webmail for the account.
I haven't seen any way to do it within the Windows Mail program, though.

In Windows Mail, Tools | Message Rules | Mail | New
Make this rule:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
For all messages
Forward it to people
click on people and add the address you want to forward to.
