Yeah, and I think the most important part of that is to use the body to
describe the problem, not the subject to try to put everything in.
The regular experts here look at all messages anyway and Windows Mail uses a
smaller font for the subject, so use of the subject for everything is a
waste and borders on being rude. Another reason it is a waste is because the
there is not enough room in the list of messages for a long subject so the
message must be "opened" anyway.
