Re: Embedding stationery scripts . . . . Re: Font Size in Windows Mail
My messsage is not going through again . . . I'm sending it to your OE
address, hoping it will be received.
Hélène
Multiple postings showed up because, every time I clicked on "Send", I had a
message saying "the program does not answer". I have a High Speed cable
connection and always connected.
I tried a few times and decided to quit !!!! I had enough.
Once I came back to WinMail checking "Sent Items", surprisingly I had 4 sent
messages to Microsoft Newsgroup ! I am sorry this happened.
I admit I'm having a lot of difficulties right now not being able to
understand Windows Mail and Vista for stationeries to work. I decided to go
slowl step by step.
1 - Is "WindowsMail.MSMessageStore" the place you're telling me about ? I
see Microsoft basic stationery items.
2 - Bill Scott's "Copy File Path" (great little tool) does not seem to do
the job with WinMail . . . or is it me ?
Without it, I will never get anywhere.
3 - When I want to insert an image, I'm asked with which program I will
open it. I check with Irfanview, then this program shows the image,
(I don't know why) but no way it gets in the email "Source".
I cannot wait to know more and be able to enjoy myself as with OE.
Thanks for your valuable presence.

You are posting multiple times. Make sure you don't have antivirus software
set to scan email. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 (point 3).
For your stationery, do not put it in the old stationery folder location.
You have to put it in the new location under the message store, which is
where the BASE HREF points.
cheers,
steve

You probably just aren't waiting long enough for it to appear as posted.

Re: Embedding stationery scripts . . . . Re: Font Size in Windows Mail
You are probably right, Robert !
Soon after I had left, my message showed up . . .
I notice you are very active here, replying to so many Vista users in
distress.
I am learning every day, reading your answers.
Thank you.
If you'd like to know more about stationeries, mainly about great scripters
and "addicted fans",
I'd be happy to introduce you to that creative computer art.
