You can't do exactly what you want.
If you put the addresses in the To: or CC: field, then each recipient can
see the other's email addresses. This was also true with Outlook Express,
even if you didn't see the email address whilst composing.
You can put the addresses in the BCC: field, but all the recipient will see
is "Undisclosed recipient".
You could use the BCC: field, and put a list of the names into the email
message body.
