Windows mail Attachments ZOOMED IN

All my images I attach to emails seem like they are zoomed in to 400%. It
hasn't always done this but it has for awhile now. When I send a picture
they and myself can only see a corner of the picture on a whole page because
of the size. Where is the setting to change this?

The image properties are set when you generate the image, so an image with a
higher number of pixels is going to display larger. So you need to resize
the image prior to sending it.
