I cannot recieve emails from one particular person. I have received them in
the past, but have not within the last 2-3 weeks. What can I do?

Does the sender get a non-delivery notice when they try to send to you?
If so, we need to see the complete text of that notice.
If your mail provider is blocking that sender, there is not much you can do,
except to have that sender send to an alternate address. You can get a free
email address from Gmail.
