Windows mail will not send out of outbox

I am experiencing a problem when attempting to send e-mail from Windows Mail,
OS Vista. I have tried refresh and the Send/Receive mail options. Nothing
is going out.

How can i turn off windows mail. I use something else . But when i try to
send a link or page from the web Windows mail just trys to send it and i di
not want windows mail service.

Any error message?

If you are using McAfee or Norton antivirus, you may want to uninstall
them as a temporary test. Read the red box here:

Your problem statement does not match what's in the Subject line.

It would help if you stated what mail program you're using.

yes i am sorry about that i am new to this and put it in the wrong place but
thank you for answering. i finally got it removed just by dum luck. but this
is a great place to get answers so thanks for the input.
