I think I've read that Windows Mail tend to have problems with IMAP folders
that have certain characters in their names, such as [ and ].
You may need to access that folder through a webmail connection, and check
if there's anything in it that Windows Mail failed to download.
Also check your email account under Windows Mail, because I'm not sure
I've seen a setup that used that port number before.
