error message

This is the message I am getting when trying to send email. Can anyone help



The host 'pop3-server.triad.rr.com' could not be found. Please verify that
you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'pop-server.triad.rr.com', Server: 'pop3-server.triad.rr.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0D

That error is a problem with receiving email.
Change the Incoming server name from
pop3-server.triad.rr.com
to
pop-server.triad.rr.com

if you have trouble sending, check the outgoing server name...
it probably should be
smtp-server.triad.rr.com
