Weird error when cliking links in Windows Mail

I'm experiencing a weird error in Windows Mail. Whenever I open a link, be it
a regular anchor link in an e-mail or a link to these help pages by, I get a
box where the heading says "WinMail.exe - Wrong volume", and the box tells me
to "insert volume InternationalTLJ in drive D:" Now, drive D: is my
DVD-player, and InternationalTLJ is a CD-ROM I used a few days ago, but why
does this annoying box pop up? It gives me three choices, "Cancel", "Retry"
or "Continue". Clicking "Retry" produces the same result over agin, but
clicking the other options, including the "X" in the top right corner opens
the correct link. Any clue as to how I can clean up this mess? I've tried
inserting the CD, and that removes the error as long as the CD is in the
drive, but as soon as it is removed, the error returns.

Something from it has apparently tried to take over the file associations.

Go to Control Panel | Default Programs and make Winmail default and see if
that fixes it.
