sending e-mails
I keep getting a pop up from Mcafee that says; after you verify the format of
your recipient address, Mcaffee recommends that you resend those messages
from your e-mail program. What do i need to do to correct problem.

Hi,

This could be due to some setting in Mcafee, try disabliing email scanning
and see i that works.

If I were the OP I'd uninstall McAfee altogether.
Some McAfee users have reported no relief until that
program was completely uninstalled.

1. Open Windows mail
