more trouble with windows mail

I have been having a problem with windows messenger whenever I try to send an
email I get the message
"Youre email address has not been specified. Before sending mail or
messages, you must specify a return address in mail and news preferences."
My email has been working fine untill now. I dont know what has happened now
I cant send outgoing email.

Check your settings under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties.
