you need to type the first 3 characters most of the time.
additionally it only remembers the last 29 you have used.

In Outlook Express in the TO row I would start typing the name and the full
name would come up. Then when sending if that person had more than one email
address it would ask me which one I wanted. How do I get this in Windows mail?
