trying to post message

This is for the second time the first attempt didnt show can anyone help me
recover my contacts out of outlook express I`m sure its simple a bit like
me. CL

Go to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to download xxx headers
at a time. That will let you see all the messages.

For the address book, search for *.wab and if you find it, then use File |
Import | Address book and point to it.
