Hi Mary

Are you referring to sending emails from your computer?
If so, are you using Windows mail? And are the messages being stuck in your
Outbox?
If so then you may need an Microsoft update to resove the issue, follow this

If this isn't the problem that you're experiencing then please provide some
more details and what you have tried so far to resolve the problem.

What if any error messages do you get if you try to send a
message? Click on the error messages and see if you can
copy the whole messages.
