I can not recieve email.

I went to tools and out going mail and server requires authentication and it
still won,t send. I recieve fine. What next?

It would be helpful to know what the actual send error message is.

A common problem, when using an ISP's Port 25 send-mail server, is to not
realize that it just won't work if you're actually connected to another
ISP's network.

In that case, you need to find another send-mail server that doesn't use
Port 25 (such as gmail); you cannot just change the port.
