Multiple Emails

I have a couple of instances where I keep getting the same email over and
over again.

I have contacted McAfee to see if this is a virus and they are telling me it
is a problem with Vista email. Does anyone know what this is and how to
correct it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably more like a problem with McAfee! Disable the email scanner (you
won't be any the less safe) and see if that cures the problem.

Print a copy of the headers for each multiple copies you say you get and
compare the routes and times. See if you can get a clue about these being
different or not. If they are the same, they might have been duplicated in
you computer. If different, they were probably replicated at the e-mail
provider or source. This may not provide a final solution, just a direction
to go.

There may be a stuck email on the server. Log in to webmail, and
delete the stuck message from the server.
