SOS - my outbox is stuck!

hi
im using windows mail since the past wk on Vista home premium
i suddenly have an email in my outbox tht refuses to go
+ i cannot send emails any more!!
and it gives me msg - Message could not be displayed
i try to delete it - not happening
i tried to move the msg to another folder - but no luck
Pls HELP!!

Try the Hotfix in this support file:

This article states a specific case but the solution has been known to fix
other mail folders. Also, the present thinking is that the problem is
caused by various Antivirus software misbehaving. The fix may be needed
again.

Hi Dj,

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message
problem in Windows Mail.

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop
the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section
in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to
help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090
Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message
problem.
