You need to copy them to folder to which you have full control. Ensure that
you have copied the file Folders.dbx, otherwise the import won't work.
Then in Windows Mail do File-Import and follow the instructions.

Try FILE - Import. After selecting youur old mail format, browse to
where you have the stored folders.

I need help importing my Outlook Express Folders into Window Vista Mail. I
have the folders saved on the hard drive in a temp. folder but cannot open
