Jumping cursor

Another thing I have notices since Vista, and especially in Mail, I can be
typing and my cursor will jump to another place in the message. I don't
know if this is a Vista issue or if it's a Glenn issue...

Glen,

Are you using a laptop with either a "steering button" or a touchpad? I
used to accidentally hit the button and it would make the cursor jump. Since
I used the touchpad primarily, I just disabled the button. Now, sometimes I
hit the touchpad with some part of my palm but it's not a real problem.

Yes, I do use a laptop with a touchpad, but never noticed it until I
upgraded to Vista. Maybe I was/am being too critical of Vista and blaming
it unnecessarily...

Check to see if there is a touchpad property that will disable the TAP when
you are typing.
