outlook 2007 html problems

hello
my outlook has stopped working with html. in the past i was able to recieve
emails with the webpage loaded now when i recieve emails all i get is little
box's with red x in the middle of it. ive tried to "download from webpage"
to no avail. all the senders are in my safe senders list. furthermore the
mail domain is in the safe senders list. ive also noticed that the links
dont work either at the top of the screen it reads "html". the only changes
that i can think of that ive made to my outlook is i added the palm centro to
my outlook so that it sincs the contacts. ive also tried running a
diagnostic and when i run the diagnostic from office it reads hlink.dll was
not found.
can anyone tell me how to fix this problem and can i just uninstall and
reinstall outlook or office for that matter but when i do this is there
anyway to keep all my current info.
please help me.
last resort ill uninstall and reinstall but please if i have to do this how
do i keep all my contacst so i dont have to load it again thanks..

You'll get faster answers for Outlook problems in this newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general

Mention which version of Outlook you are using and that you are
using it under Vista, in case it matters.

In Outlook, go to "Help|Office Diagnostics" and see if it can repair/replace
the missing file. This diagnostic application will not touch your current
info, it will just repair Outlook.
