exporting windows contacts

I am trying to export my vista contacts to my Samsung phone. The Samsung
software doesn't recognize Contacts. So it tells me to export to another
file type such as VCF. Okay fine. I look at vista help about exporting
contacts and its simple. Just click the Export button on the toolbar.
Great except there is no export button on the toolbar. does anyone know
where i might acquire an Export button?
