Many internet providers put their better agents to writing instructions

of answering the phone or travelling to customer sites.

In my part of AT&T, it often helps to click on Help & Contact Us on the
home page, then click on Chat with an eAgent.
If your problem is with Windows Mail, we need more details of your
problem, including full error messages if any, to offer much more help.
