reducing photo size to e-mail
I have an HP C5180 and want to reduce the size of photos to e-mail. I click
on My Photos for an attachment but do not seem to have any faciltiy to reduce
the size of photos resulting in much time Sending Photos. My previous message
was incorrect---two photos are NOT being sent the large one is just an
image of what is being sent!! Oh to have XP where this did not happen---I
was able to send a number of photos in quick time---Vista does not seem to
play ball!!

RE: reducing photo size to e-mail
Do you mean the size in bytes of the photo? If so try saving the photo
before you attach it to your email in a different format. I was just about
to send a scan image by email the other day as the tiff format until I
realised the size was 25 MBytes. When I saved it as a JPeG file it went down
to 0.5 MBytes.
