Junk Mail Problem

Hello,
I'm having a problem with senders whom I have put on the safe senders
list over and over again. The email from these senders keeps going to
the Junk Mail folder. I have used every option available to stop this.
Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

Did you click Apply after adding them to the Safe Senders list?

Are they also on the Blocked Senders list, or even just their domain
(the part of their email address after the @)? If so, remove them
from that list.

Do you want to accept mail from everyone on your contacts list?
If so, click a few times on the box before Also trust e-mail from
my Windows Contacts under your Safe Senders list, then click
Apply. Then you can add the problem address to your contacts
list, if it isn't already there.

Thank you very much. I can see the address on my Safe Senders list and
the domain is not on the blocked list. I'll do the "trust email from
contacts" thing. Maybe that will solve it.

I have done all of that and it just happened again. First it says it's
a "phishing" problem then the message says it's going into the Junk
Mail. I always get the message, but it's just so annoying. This is my
brother and I regularly get mail from him! Go figure! I don't know what
else to do????????????

This sometimes happens if he put your email address on the Bcc: line
instead of the To: line or the Cc: line.

Windows Mail users often have a hard time going back to the previous
messages in a thread unless you quote them, so many of us don't
remember what you already tried.

You have done all what?
