vorrei sapere come mai quando invio una mail mi ritorna indietro il messaggio
con questa dicitura...come faccio per risolvere il problema!!

Significa che indirizzo di tha o ISP è stato ostruito da Spamcop (
http://www.spamcop.net ) che è uno Spam commerciale che ostruisce il
servizio. Lo uso io stesso. Scusi la traduzione ma la relativa vicino

Phone your ISP and ask them why they are on Spamcop's hit list.
Obviously someone from your ISP is spamming.

The error message is fairly self-explanatory. The intended recipient is
on a blacklist for spamming. That type of block will usually time out
in 24 hours, so try again later.
