toolbar positional reset

Good morning!

I like my Send/Receive button to be on the far left.

I put it there, using the customize feature of the toolbar.

Sometime later, it is back where it started.

Oops, I just noticed, it is still where I put it in mail, but not in the
newsgroups.

Okay, now my question is, why isn't the toolbar 'global'?

Its not global so one can have different toolbars for mail and news. There
are functions that are useless in mail, so its preferable to have the two
separate. You can easily set them up so they are the same.
