I made it work in under 30 secs. And I don't and won't be using the stupid
program. Of course the test is if it updates (have to wait 15 minutes but
found a synch all on the Share menu - it works). It may not work on a
multiuser computer unless you remain logged on. Someone else can test this.
Each person who wants others to know their calandar must publish it. They
must publish it somewhere where all others who may wish to subscribe can
access. This will not be the default location as only the user publishing
can access that. So, probably what the All Users Documents folder was for
(now called public something - it seems to allow write permissions for any
user logged on in person). Make sure you choose to automatically publish and
include those optional things if you want.
Then each user who wants another person's calandar must subscribe to it.
Choose 15 minutes update and the optional items if you want. Repeat for
other calandars. Then choose Synch or Synch All on the Share menu to bring
everything up to date instantly (rather than in 15 min).
It took far longer to type this.
