Viewing Contact Groups in the List of My Contacts after Creating T
I had no trouble creating groups, but they show up as blank spaces in my list
of contacts in the address book. Having a bunch of blank spaces does me no
good! If I double click on a blank space, however, the corresponding group
properties do open. How can I make the Names of my groups show in my list of
contacts? Yes, I did enter names for the groups before I selected contacts.
Arrgh!

Re: Viewing Contact Groups in the List of My Contacts after Creati
its peculiar as you say the name shows up as BLANK.
are you saying this is when you open the contacts list from Options or when you try to use the group name to send to.
you may be caught up in the contacts last used 29 list.
try clicking on the TO, CC or Bcc and scrolling down to the item you want.

Re: Viewing Contact Groups in the List of My Contacts after Creati
Hi , it's not that the name shows up, that's just it - nothing shows up!
There is an empty space at the top of the list of contacts. If I was only
needing 1 group, that would be OK, but I need to have several different
groups, and if there are just empty spaces at the top of my contacts list, I
have no way to tell where to click for sending mail.

Re: Viewing Contact Groups in the List of My Contacts after Creati
you might try deleting and creating them again.
being sure that the name appears properly before you apply the group.

Re: Viewing Contact Groups in the List of My Contacts after Creati
Hello Mikeyhsd,
I tried as you suggested. Deleted and then recreated. Got the same result.
This really has me puzzled? I do have a guy coming over Friday to help me
set up my network, maybe he will be able to figure it out. I'll be sure to
post if I find a solution.
