Why can't I format my replies.? The formatting option is grayed out.
I can format NEW messages but replies do not allow them?

Any ideas?

Re: formatting replies
Go to Format | HTML when you reply. Then it will let you. It probably defers to the original message format as you likely have "reply to message in the format it was sent" under Tools | Options | Send.

Re: formatting replies
Steve; An excellent reply, thank you, Yes, It was checked to reply under the same format.

Maybe you can help with one more. I cannot place my logo in the signature. When I follow the directions/prompts and place it in Word, Win Mail says the fill is too large, when it really is not.

any thoughts?

Re: formatting replies
See my reply to the other thread. Word is a horrible HTML editor.
